Why don't you just message the Thai embassy where you live or where you are and ask them

they would give you the true facts

It's all going to depend on your prior history in Thailand going back a year or more. If no history prior to your January trip you should be OK

It all depends on your history before your January entry

In the last 13 months I’ve entered Thailand 7 times no visa.

I have also been to Malaysia and Vietnam in that time so if your a genuine tourist like me don’t worry about it.

Lee Harris depends how often he stays. Over the last 12 months I've entered about 10 times, probably accumulated a max of 40 days over those trips. Clear and obvious pattern that I'm not trying to live in Thailand on visa exemptions.

Robert Rowlett Then standard visa waiver will be no issue at all. You don't need to do anything, other than complete the usual TDAC before arrival

The fact you are asking, tells you what you already know. Nobody can tell you. One person may say visa exempt, 60 days, is ok three times a year, and this WAS the case. The fact that you stayed 5 weeks and then come again in april, might not be an issue. Some in immigration may view it differently… take the risk? Why not just buy a visa?
