TLDR : Answer Summary
You cannot apply for a Non-Immigrant O Visa renewal two months before it expires; the earliest is typically 45 days before the expiration date. Additionally, to meet the financial requirements for renewal, the 800,000 THB must be accessible at all times. While you can keep this amount in a Thai bank account, it should not be in a term deposit if you need to demonstrate access.
Is this your first 12 month Extension of Stay? If not did you meet the financial requirements for the current Extension - 800k for the first 3 months then 400k for the rest of the year until it's 800k again 2 months before applying for the next Extension?
No office accepts application for extension 2 months early. Some will allow you to apply 45 days early, and most will let you apply when you have 30 days or less left.
