Hey everyone,

Quick question: in the case where I’ve done a bank account switch within the last 3 months, is it acceptable to provide bank statements from both banks in order to justify the €15,000 available on my account ?

Has anyone ever been in this situation ?

Thanks in advance for your feedback 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the acceptability of providing bank statements from two different banks after switching accounts within the last three months to demonstrate a €15,000 balance for visa purposes. Community members suggest highlighting the account transfer transactions on both statements and including a cover letter for clarification.

As Donna said, explain what you did and highlight it. Don't leave it to them to figure out.

I'd suggest highlighting the transactions where you transferred monies from one account to the other on both statements and including a cover letter that explains.
