In the Thai embassy in Vientiane, is it possible to pay with a credit card or transfer from a Thai bank? Or does anyone know where I can get 10,000 Thai baht in Vientiane?
Answer summary
At the Thai embassy in Vientiane, payments are likely cash only, specifically in Thai Baht. There are various options for acquiring 10,000 Thai Baht: visiting local banks, using money changers near the embassy, or even withdrawing from ATMs if you cross into Thailand. Many commenters recommend checking with nearby banks and money transfer services like Money Gram.

Do you have cash on you ? There is somewhere across the road from the embassy you can change it at. But if you have no cash yo exchange you are really going to struggle
OositiveGolphin1656 Someone posted they got it from a bank after showing them the DTV payment request. You can definitely get it from moneychangers. There is one opposite where you have to pay, someone mentioned last week. Did you find the recent post on Laos and THB?
