TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus is that you cannot obtain a Singapore visit visa from Bangkok if you hold a Pakistani passport. You must apply for the Singapore visa through a travel agent in Pakistan, which typically takes around two weeks. Additionally, holding a Thailand visit visa does not influence your ability to apply for a Singapore visa, as applications must be made directly at the relevant Consulate, Embassy, or Agency.

You can't get any visit visa outside of your country if you have Pakistani Passport.

You have to apply for Singapore visa through a travel agent in Pakistan and it takes almost 2 weeks to get the visa.

Having a visa for Thailand would not affect you getting a visa for Singapore either way. You need to apply for visas at the appropriate Consulate/Embassy/ Agency.
