Hello again. Since I messed up on my Vietnam trip, I thought I should ask first now before buying another ticket. So, if I go to Vientiane by air, can I get visa on arrival at the airport? Also, if I am not vaccinated, if the atk test enough? I did a quick research, just would like to make sure I got everything right this time. Thank you.
