TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, a 58-year-old UK citizen, is seeking information on applying for a Non-OA visa in London, which is valid for one year. They plan to enter Thailand and would like to know if they can extend their stay by re-entering the country before the visa expires and if they can subsequently obtain a one-year extension at immigration after the second year.
