3000 is embassy's fees. Agents will take 1000 on top of it or even more

There are 11 authorized Drop Box agents in Islamabad and Gerry is one of them.

3000 is fee for single entry transit and 5 working days are required to process the application.

Fee is 4000 pkr and they take almost 7 days to process the visa.

If you have bought ticket from Thai Airways then they can do this for you as well.
