Hello everyone. So I taught 3 years. The pay is low so I got a job tutoring online. Only thing is my daughter was just born 2 days ago. So I don't want to leave Thailand and I need more money. Hence the tutoring online. I have friends that continuously got tourist visas, stayed 60 days, extended it 30 and left to Laos to repeat the process. They did this for 2 years. They assured me it's okay. However I've heard people say you can only do it 3 times a year and then I've heard people say you con continuously do it. So I'm a bit worried. Can I do it?

Okay, Austin know now how he can apply for the Non Immigrant O visa based on having a child with Thai Nationality, he has this link to the Thai consulate in Savannakhet to remember the list.

After 60 days in Thailand he can apply for the 60 days Extension of Stay to visit his family and if needed to sort out the finances apply again for this visa at a Thai Consulate.

Good luck and happy and healthy times for the family.

If you're married to a Thai, you should be able to get a non-o multiple entry based on marriage in Savannakhet or HCMC no proof of finance is needed. Lots of info on this group

I also DO NOT recommend Cambodia at all. The easiest place to get the non O visa is Vientiane

Not good! You need to be married for the multiple entry Non-o based on marriage Also for a non-o to support a half Thai child out of wedlock, the court must legally recognize you as the parent.

Yes really. You will get a multiple entry visa, so you must border bounce

Every 90 days however, you must be legally married to a Thai, including the rose border certificate

No, you can not work in Thailand using a Tourist visa as the visa is employment prohibited.

Living inside Thailand using short time solutions like the Visa Exempt Entry or the Tourist goes well until the moment an Immigration Officer says sorry, no more abuse.

YOu say you have a daughter, if you are on the birth certificate why not apply for the Non Immigrant O visa based on having a child with Thai Nationality

Only if you do not mind that i will post the outcome of our conversation without private details

I saw that for the non-o you need to have 400,000 in the bank for two months. I don't have that.
