Can I change from a retirement visa to a DTV visa without notifying my bank?

Im on retirement visa now, kasikorn bank for over 15 years, normal use, no big transfers. I want to change to DTV visa by the end of this year. Will be fine? Should I mention it to the bank or is better dont say anything?

It is ok, i change from non-o to 60days, went in cos the bloody atm only allows me to tranfer 30k max, they took my passport and bank book, given me a new bank book.
