TLDR : Answer Summary
The query revolves around the possibility of applying for a visa as a company owner in Thailand without having a formal employment contract, and instead using dividends from the company as a form of salary. The comments provide insights on the ease of preparing necessary documentation, the distinction between dividends and salary, and the importance of explaining the lack of monthly dividends in the application process.
Dividend payments are not salary but probably a moot point just show it as income from the company, but if you don't receive monthly dividends you should explain why not in a covering letter. I'd also suggest writing a contract that gives you explicit permission to work remotely from Thailand
I do about once per two months (paying myself). About the contract, do you mean just a paper with compamy stamps which states my position, salary and permission to work remotely from Thailand? The real "Contract" I cannot make - since it requires myself to officialy hire myself (to be employee, not owner) which itself will take a couple months not talking about lots of extra taxes.
