Can I apply for a DTV workcation visa if I use a METV while working remotely in Thailand?
I would like to apply for DTV workcation visa based on my own llc for remote work which I’m going to use with invoice, payment.,
Since I’m already out of states now. Don’t want to go back there for fbi background check certification and fingerprinting.
My plan is to apply for METV( multi entry visa) and stay here for 90-180 days in it and then apply for DTV when I go back.
when I apply for METV, I need to give my company details.
When I apply for DTV for same company details, it would become obvious that I was working remotely in Thai in METV.
Would it create any problem during DTV process? Thanks in advance.

It is unlikely to cause problems with a DTV application, however it is illegal to work on an METV remotely or otherwise
