Can I and my friend use the eGates in Thailand if we are from visa exempt countries?
I am arriving at the beginning of November for a two week holiday with a friend and we are both from visa exempt countries I have a question about the egates. The last time I was in Thailand is just over a year ago and my friend has never been before. Can I/we use the egates? Thanks for any advice

My understanding is if you are from an approved country and have been to Thailand before you can use the e gate

You can if you still have the passport you entered with previously and you are from one of the 33 nations who can use the eGates, your friend cannot
