Does anyone know if re-entry permit counter at Suvarnabhumi works 7 days per week?
E.g. I’m flying out this Saturday - will I be able to get a stamp there?
Also, just want to double check if I can make re-entry permit for a tourist visa (I checked at Phuket immigration before and they said yes, but I will be flying out of Bangkok).
Sorry, maybe my question is silly, just want to make sure I get it all right and I do not have to run to Chaengwattana tomorrow or Friday for that.
P.S. I am aware that re-entry permit on a tourist visa doesn’t add days to it, that’s totally fine with me. My only worry is that I can make it at the airport on Saturday 😊
Thank you so much for your advice 🙏🏻

TLDR : Answer Summary
The re-entry permit counter at Suvarnabhumi Airport is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the counter is unmanned, you can ask a Thai Immigration Officer for assistance. You can obtain a re-entry permit for a tourist visa, but it will only be valid until the date of your current entry stamp, making the original visa void.
