Am I planning my RT-PCR test timing correctly for my flight from the U.S. to Bangkok?

My departure flight from the U.S. to Bkk is on Jan 15th @6:50am with a layover in Korea. I booked an appointment for my Rt-pcr covid test on Jan 12th @4:30pm (24hr results). I should be more than good right?

I may be overthinking things too much. Just want to make sure I'm doing everything right.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The traveler is inquiring about the timing of their RT-PCR COVID-19 test before a flight to Bangkok from the U.S. They have scheduled the test for January 12th at 4:30 PM, with a departure flight on January 15th at 6:50 AM, including a layover in Korea. Respondents confirm that the test timing seems appropriate, and suggest obtaining a fit to fly certificate along with ensuring the results contain the necessary information.

It’s 72 hours from the time you get your results back until you board your US flight. Looks like your fine. Did it back in October IAD to BKK on Korean Air. Just make sure it states rt-pcr

Should be out of quarantine in time for a nice long lockdown. Good luck

Just ensure that you get a time stamp of the results and also get a separate fit to fly certificate.

DR Donna can do the fit to fly and many have used her services and got onto Thailand.
