My ED visa is expiring on 5th of February and the university didn’t inform us beforehand and I went back to my country right after my final examination but I went back with a re-entry. Therefore, I need to cancel my ED visa and with graduation ceremony and everything, I’ve just had the time to contact the university and they said they’re not sure if I can extend my stay here in Thailand and it’s solely based on the immigration office. That’s why I’m wondering if I have to leave the country for a few days if the immigration office doesn’t allow me to stay here for around 20-30 days.

will it be okay if I go back to my country for 1-2 days and come back with free visa? Because I really need to start packing as I lived in a house and not a dorm and I have a lot of stuffs.
