How does a change of reason for an O-A visa affect the 90-day reporting process in Thailand?

Hi all.

O-A visa based on retirement, just did our second extension. My wife changed from following to independent so her's is considered change of reason.

We checked our stamp dates before we left, all good. 

Forgot to check with them regarding her 90 day report, my PP has the little piece of paper in it (next 90 day report due...), hers does not.

In this scenario would her 90 days be reset (or completed) like mine was?

I'm not sure if I have verbiage or process right, please correct me if I don't.
