Not a visa question, but can anyone advise on how to get a SHA certification for a small restaurant with only one employee, in Pattaya, so it can sell alcohol legally.

you do need a liquor license. My man has one!!!!

You need a SHA cert it’s basically some kind of permit, I doubt you need anything in normal times to for bars and restaurants sell alcohol in Thailand

yes you do need licenses to sell Alcohol in normal times.

Also SHA certification has been around for a while now way before covid.
