Is it better to fly into Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang after obtaining an edvisa in Phnom Penh?

I got my letter from the MOE for an edvisa. I am going to Phnom Penh to apply for the visa. My question is , is it better/easier to fly back into Suv, or Don Mueang?  or Would it really matter since I "should" have my first 90 day visa by then?  Thks for any insight !
