Anyone knows, is it enough to have TM30 only at the moment of tourist visa extension (60+30)? Or are they checking if you had TM30 since the day of arrival to Thailand? For example, one could live in different places, and who knows if hosts have registered you with TM30 or not.

Question about Phangan/Samui immigration office if it matters.

It's a bit difficult to make sense of all the different forms and types of extensions so I'll better ask just to be safe.

I'm applying for my first 30-day extension (on top of my on-entry 30-day visa). Do I need to bring a TM-30 form (filled by the hotel) or can I just walk into the office with the required documents and all the copies?
