if anyone is needing a Covid test in the Vancouver, BC Canada area [members only] has openings and their results are next day. I went today and had to reschedule for Sunday as my results would have been available tomorrow which would have been 48 hours too early. Re-booked for Sunday so my results will be available Monday and within the 72 hours of my flight.
