US citizen married to a Thai.

How do I get this 1 year multi entry visa for visiting family from the Consulate in Chicago? The evisa website only lists single entry when I select non-immigrant and to stay with thai family (over 60 days) with no mention of duration.

The dumb question I have is : why is the thai consulate Chicago website saying 3 million baht required in Thai bank for non immigrant long stay 50+ o e visa for the first year and Iam reading from this FB page 800000 baht? One is for new visa and one for existing visa holders? I would be new one year visa o e non immigrant retiree applicant.
