Did anyone get the same problem as i am getting now with the non B visa at savannakhet.

I made an apointment on tuesday yesterday but unfortunately could not get into laos because our coach from surin was cancelled.

We are trying to booked another appointment but the embassy website keeps saying"your reservation have been successfully made" even though the appointment has passed already. So blocking us on making a new appointment. We tried calling the savannakhet embassy but the staff was incridibly unhelpful. Leaving us non the wiser as what to do.
