If I get an O-A visa in my home country, I know that I will have to go and do a 90 day check-in. When I do the check-in will immigration check if I have a bank account and if I have 800K in that account?

TLDR : Answer Summary
During the 90-day check-in for an O-A visa in Thailand, immigration does not check your bank account or verify the 800,000 THB requirement. You simply need to report that you are in the country for 90 days.

Same visa what if I leave before the 90 days then return does the 90 days start again?

the way 90 day reporting works is

IF you are in the country when your 90th day rolls around you are obligated to report

IF you leave the country before the 90th day when you return to the country your next 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you stamp in to the country

NO, you only report that you're 90 days in Thailand.
