Hey,

I'm thinking about getting the Elite Visa and I was wondering if I will still be subject to the IO process at immigration. Can IO still deny my entry like they do with people on ED or TV? I'm asking specifically, because I have a friend who was denied re-entry whilst on ED visa under suspicion of working without permit, which he wasn't.
