Has anyone here landed at Don Mueang with six months of back to back tourist visas across two different calendar years? (So, three months in one year, three months in the other year) If so, were you let in or turned away?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about their chances of being allowed entry into Thailand via Don Mueang airport after spending six months on back-to-back tourist visas across two calendar years. Several commenters advised on the risks and suggested alternatives, such as crossing into Thailand by land instead of flying, highlighting current entry requirements and concerns.

You're pushing your luck using that airport to fly in to with an extensive entry history like you have. All you can do is meet the 3-proof-ofz

proof of funds (20Kbaht or the equivalent in CASH)

proof of onward travel (within 60 - 90 days)

proof of lodging

AND fly in before midnight tonight when the entry requirements change

I decided not to risk it and so I'm going in by land, I'm at the Ban Pakard border crossing now. Thank you for your honest appraisal.

Avoid flying into Don Mueang...cross by land border WITH A VISA.
