Trump has nothing to do with it. Creepy Joe is still President and spending money like crazy.

- it is a time estimate. You don’t think USCIS management hasn’t been in contact with the transition team? Under the first term, visa processing times also slowed down.

just a coincidence. He is after people in the US illegally. Something democrats have a hard time understanding.

"Despite its number of applications consistently hovering around the eight to 10 million range for the past five years, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) processing times jumped six-fold between 2015 and 2020."

I don't know as I haven't researched it but I do know it's a shame that US citizens who want to bring their spouses to the US have to spend thousands of dollars, submit a shitload of documents and have to wait about 2 years or so in some cases.

you know you had four years of being able to rant and rave about Donald Trump like a little baby looking for his tit. I should’ve thought that you would’ve learned your lesson back then it might’ve gotten tired of it, but I see it’s not gonna happen with people like you

USCIS was eating through their backlog very fast and were getting close to a 2 month processing time. Then they didn't renew all of the contract workers they hired to try and catch up on the backlog from Covid times. I think they decided they caught up enough and wanted to focus on other things. Ever since then the processing time has been getting longer and longer again.

I was told by a lobbyist through an acquaintance that they were switching over to a new computer system and things should speed up?? We’re 12 months in and were told a year ago to expect 18 to 20 months. This sucks and in a week nobody knows whats going to happen but I doubt it will be in my favor. F——k me.

haven't heard anything about a new computer system. I haven't been keeping track since my case left NCIS a few weeks ago
