TLDR : Answer Summary
In the Bangkok area, Super Rich is widely recommended for having the best exchange rates, with multiple locations across the city. Many community members also mentioned Vasu Money Exchange, particularly its branch at Sukhumvit Soi 7/1. Some users noted that rates may vary slightly among different branches of Super Rich and that checking their website could help find the best rate before traveling. Additionally, some comments mentioned using ATMs for withdrawals as a viable option, though they warned of transaction fees.

In a city of 11+ million people where do you mean "in Bangkok"?
Exchange places outside of the airport are mostly the same. Unless you're changing a huge sums in which case you won't be using a "street" exchange it doesn't matter.
B) you asked the same/similar question back in November - it hasn't changed.

The differences is so small, that it is not worth the effort, to go out of your way, to get a better rate.
Very easy to check the rates, when passing a exchange office, since they have to show the rates highly visibel.
ATM and always chose “not to apply exchange” allowing Visa and Mastercard use theirs. I guarantee you it will be always best rate and less risky than carrying cash.

Today … Monzo … am i wrong? + not wasting time looking for exchange rate, risk of being scammed or risking carrying cash around.

Rok, you must account for the 220 baht fee most ATMs charge for their use. Perhaps you know something I do not?
Baht is a small % fee and compensation for not needing to look for and go to a physical exchange bureau. Additionally, being “abroad” most of the year i asume i do not have really have a choice; carrying cash around is a huge risk and the 220 baht fer is a small fee to pay instead.
