I'm about to apply for a Tourist visa.

Where is the best place to get passport copies and passport photos in CM without going to Promenada?

Bonus points if i can print the visa application too.

remember you're gonna need 3 pictures, one to cross the border into lao, and two for the thai visa application ;)

Umm, IF you're going to go to a thai consulate (in another country) and apply for a tourist visa how about telling us what one you're going to go to?

You'd need the visa application for that particular thai consulate. You can't get the application at the immigration office in Promenada.. Also they don't sell tourist visas inside of thailand :/
