Simon, I’d go to Bangkok Hospital. Might cost more than the Government Hospital but service is much better. Just go to reception and ask to book an appt for a Covid PCR-Test a few days before you fly. Ask what the turnaround is for the results and book your appt so that you get your results back < 72hrs before you fly.
