Posted a question a couple weeks back as an Australian. Applied for an METV in Perth and received no problem. Warned by consulate with four 30 day exempt stamps I may be refused at BKK airport.
Arrived Survanibum (sp) . Dressed well in collared shirt etc. Had a clear plastic folder booklet with all my metv documents (accom booking, on going flight and Australian employers letter etc) as well as 6000 aud (120000 baht) tapped in place between plastic sheets. IO loved this....
I only spoke when spoken to. IO spent time reviewed my dates double checked passport, folder and computer and stamped thru.
Preparation was the key.
Thanks Tod, James and all for advice .

TLDR : Answer Summary
An Australian expat shares their successful experience entering Thailand on a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV). After receiving advice on preparation, they arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport with all required documents and cash, which impressed the Immigration Officer (IO). They emphasize the importance of being well-prepared and suggest avoiding air travel for visa renewals to prevent complications.
maybe not. But not a 3 day beard. Flip flops a Chang shirt and shorts. Lol

(y) congrats
Now that you're in, you need to make sure you are sensible in your bounces out and back to activate another entry on that tourist visa.
I would say unless you HAVE to fly somewhere, DO NOT bounce out and back by air. Instead use land borders to get a new 60 day entry stamp. You have an extensive entry history already and you run the risk of getting a cranky officer at passport control flying in.
Good Luck, enjoy your time here and get as much time in country as you can out of that visa (y)
