What time should I arrive at Phuket airport for a 7:00 AM international flight?

Hi, this is a „more“ question. We have a flight leaving Phuket very early in the morning. Google says check-in counters open 3 hrs before scheduled flight. And every airline suggests to plan enough time so 2-3 hrs. So that would theoretically be at 04.30 am. Experienced friends told me that they arrived there at 05.00 am and all counters were still closed, slowly started opening at about 06.00 h. So this means wie have 1 hour left for check-in, go through immigration etc. as boarding is at 07.00 am 🤔 Can anybody confirm or correct?
