Hi, we are wondering what to do! The person who helps us with TM30 registration is away. We don’t know the user name to even try the online system ourselves. We really want to start the process for a long stay over 50 visa this trip as we have purchased 60 days this time. I understand it is critical to have the TM30 done in 24hours so...help!

We are in Samui and just lost.
