I’m confused on what I should put on my E Visa application for accommodation. Outside my Thai house I have a paper sign that says 19/1 Soi 5 and another sign that says 19/5 that is engraved and my TM30 says House 19 Village 15. On my online purchases like Bolt, Makro, Lazada my address says 19/1 Soi 5

And lastly on google maps says my address is 19 Soi 5

Why is Thailand address so confusing?

Which one is correct to put on my E-Visa application?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The confusion stems from the multiple ways to display addresses in Thailand. While you have several versions of your address (e.g., 19/1 Soi 5, 19/5, etc.), it's generally acceptable to use any of them on your E Visa application, as the authorities do not usually verify the specifics. It's recommended to clarify your main address as 19 Soi 5 with your house number, such as 19/1 or 19/5, depending on your situation.

It's not confusing at all. Sounds like you need to read an article on the Thai addressing system. The main address for your project or development is 19 Soi 5. Your specific unit is #1. This could either mean you live in house #1, or for condos, in apartment #1. In other countries the address would be written more like 19 Soi 5, Unit 1.

You live in Soi 5, in a cluster of houses that has the number 19. Your House in this cluster has the number 1 or 5.

Your address will be

****
or
****
?

Main Rd ?

Soi5

District e.g. Banglamung

Province e.g. Chonburi

Postcode e.g.
*****

It doesn't actually matter. They're not going to check the address you put, and in Thailand many addresses can be written multiple ways.
