Hey everyone l’m applying for DTV in tokyo's embassy but l’m only staying there for a work holiday visa. I'm french so my bank account statement is from a french bank and it seems like it's not being accepted by the embassy (They want a statement from japanese bank but i don't have japanese bank account). Also I've been submitted my employment contract but it seems like it's not good. Do you have any advise ? Is there a way to contact the people in charge of my application ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing issues with their DTV application at the Tokyo Embassy due to the acceptance of their French bank statement and concerns about their employment contract. Community members suggest translating the bank statement into English or Thai and recommend contacting the embassy for pre-application advice.

Maybe your French bank statement isn't translated to English or Thai, do that.

Tokyo Embassy has a pre-application advice service for the DTV. Make an appointment via the embassy and they tell you what you need.
