Hi group has anyone else been having problems with the TDAC website the last 2 days? I keep getting an "invalid data error" when I select Thailand as my country of residence (I'm on a retirement VISA). I haven't been able to find assistance for this problem & I'm due to fly in a few hours now..

OPOk so the advice on country of residence proved correct & I had to put my home nation even though haven't lived there for 6 years haha

OPThanks everyone, I had my lady call immigration from Bangkok & they said just fill it in at the kiosk on arrival. Just landed back in TH now so will see how I go🙏🏽

I just put Thailand as my country of residence and my visa number. Flew back in a few days ago.

I did it yesterday giving Thailand as country of residence. Maybe try again from a different device?

Deslea Selmes if you are on a DTV by definition you are a tourist not a resident

Vinson Dynes I’m not on DTV myself, but the TDAC doesn’t ask your visa class, so I don’t think that’s why the original poster is having trouble validating - there’s nothing to cross reference it against. It does have a field for visa number but it‘s optional and not dynamic.

OPGreg Alexander yeah I do understand this, it's just a change in their system as previously it worked with this. I have no residence in my home country as haven't lived there for + 6 years now 😄
