Just wanted to report on canceling my education visa at Chaengwattana. Arrived at 6:10am and was able to finish a little after 9am. They did not ask for a TM30 even though i traveled outside of Bangkok. I did have to pay a fine on my last extension for failure to file a TM30.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their experience canceling their education visa at Chaengwattana Immigration Office, mentioning they arrived early and completed the process in a few hours. They noted that no TM30 form was requested during the cancellation, despite recent travel outside Bangkok, although they previously incurred a fine for failing to file a TM30 on their last extension.
