TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Non-Immigrant ED (student) visa to Thailand from the UK, it is necessary to obtain a Medical Certificate. The specific form required may vary, so it is advised to directly contact the Thai embassy for guidance on the process and documentation needed. Additionally, it is important to note that without the Certificate of Entry (COE), entry into Thailand is not permitted, and upon receiving the COE, a mandatory 14-day quarantine at a government-approved hotel will be required.

As says Kool without COE you cannot enter here. And if you receive it you have to do 14 days quarantine in a hotel room (hotels designed by government) price between

Contact the Thai embassy. It is part of the process in getting a COE, certificate of entry.
