I applied for mine first in hcmc and then my 2 kids in taipei a few months later. Paperwork wise it's rather simple, my only hiccup was taipei wanted to know why I didn't apply for theirs in hcmc like mine. I said we were on holidays in taipei so I decided to get it done there. 500k bank statement for both, a sponsor letter stating you'll cover their expenses.

Because you need your dtv approved first before applying for your kids, do factor in a couple of weeks overseas.

We did this in London. Super simple and processed within 24 hours.

Get your DTV first as you have to add the visa number onto the dependant’s application form.

Upload their photo and passport and your bank statement (can be the same you used for your DTV) PLUS their birth certificate and a brief letter saying you will cover their costs while they are in Thailand.

Process is u have to apply to get visa first. If u have visa. U can apply dtv dependent visa for ur children. U need birth certificate of them and family certificate and a sponsorship letter for them and bank statement

sponsorship letter is about u have to pay all the cost of ur childrens. And family certificate is the list of ur family members approved by goverment(some other country may different).
