What is the procedure for applying for a Thai marriage visa in Vientiane for a Thai-South African couple?

I am Thai and my hubby is South African, we got married last year in SA and just decided to apply Thai marriage visa in Vientiane. He flew from Hkt to Dmk and Dmk to Vte last night with all required docs and also doctor certificate if they need to check, They did check your temp and also suggested to use alcohol gel. However,He did apply visa this morning by himself without me and problems, He will correct tmr afternoon and there was no much lines, it was around 50 on the lines.....
