Can I still mail my 90-day report to the old address in Chaengwattana after the location change in Bangkok?

I know the location has changed for 90 day reports in person in Bangkok. Are we still able to mail them to the old address at chaengwattana or do we need to send the mail to the new address? If we need to send to the new address, can someone please provide the new mailing address?
