TLDR : Answer Summary
In Bangkok, the main office for the 90-day notification is located at the government complex in Chaeng Wattana. For those residing closer to Samut Prakan, the local immigration office should be used instead. The Chaeng Wattana office, found on the 3rd floor, is the primary location recommended for those living in Bangkok.
If you live in bkk you need to go division (chenwattana), the one which is near to government complex bts.
If you live near bearing bts (samut prakan)like myself, you need to go Samut Prakan immigration.
Fair warning! Samut Prakan immigration officer who is on counter no.10 is something off.

There is no "which office is best" for a 90 day report on a DTV. π
If you're going to do a 90 day report in Bangkok you go to the main immigration office out at the government complex building b and you go to the 3rd floor where the 90 day reporting room is
You go here

remember you can file a 90 day report in person from 2 weeks before the due date until 1 week after the due date.
Your FIRST 90 day report is due 89 days after you stamp in to the country (the day you stamp in is counted as day one π )
