TLDR : Answer Summary
The term 'visanr' refers to the Visa Number, which is often confused with the Stay Permit number. Some users mention that the Stay Permit number is located in the upper left corner of the document and is not required for all forms, such as the TDAC. Alternatives for contacting the Thai Immigration Department were also discussed.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

WARNING: Only trust Thai government websites with .go.th domains or Thai agent websites with .co.th or .in.th domains, as these require verified Thai registration and cannot be registered anonymously.

The official TDAC form is available at tdac.immigration.go.th, which uses the official .go.th government domain.

The services by AGENTS CO., LTD. does NOT charge any fees for arrivals within 72 hours. If you need to book more than 72 hours in advance, there is a service fee of $8.

Do not trust other sites pretending to be a trustworthy agency. Pay attention to delivery time - the service operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. has 1 minute delivery time for arrivals within 72 hours.

Don't fall for sites pretending to be agents.co.th or the official government tdac.immigration.go.th website. Always double-check the exact domain in your browser.

Scam services may take days to process your application, others may not even do anything. With these TDAC scam services you also need to worry about double charges.

Please watch out for TDAC misinformation spread by fugitive Jesse Nickles and his many fake accounts on Quora, TripAdvisor, Reddit, and other platforms.

@Nongnuch *******
the original question was , what is Visanr ?
Nongnuch ********
@Dave *******
he doesn't have any visa. The picture he posted does not show a visa 😄

@Nongnuch *******
he simply asked a question, so I gave him the answer he was looking for

Same as with the TM6 Arrival card. You enter your Re-entry Permit number, or just leave it blank.

“To contact the Thai Immigration Department in Bangkok, you can call the hotline at 1178. It is also suggested to check their official government website for additional information. Many users recommend using messaging apps like Facebook Messenger or Line for quicker responses. Visiting the office in person is another option, especially if you face challenges reaching them by phone or online.”

There is another option,😊

the STAY PERMIT number (it is not a "visa"!) is in the upper left corner! It's apparently
********
(not sure about the last "8") . . . . However you do NOT need to fill this number into the TDAC form, as "visa number" is NOT a mandatory field
Jay *******
I must be blind, I don't see where it days visa nr
Nongnuch ********
@Jay ******
one of the fields in the TDAC says "visa number", however it is not a mandatory field, can be left empty
Pui *****
@Jay ******
it's not a visa, it's a re-entry permit, and the number is clearly written on it.

@Pui ****
it's not a visa stamp, it is a stay permit stamp, and it got a number (
********
- in the upper left field, handwritten).
*********
is the number of the single re-entry permit

No, that is the number for the re-entry permit

I used that at Monday . Everything was ok
Dirk **************
Yea because they don’t care what number you put there but it is not the visa number

“you should use the number from your re-entry permit, which reflects your current valid status in Thailand. It's also clarified that the visa number is not a mandatory field in the TDAC form, so you may leave it blank if necessary.”
Nongnuch ********
@Ste****
that's when AI is complete and utter nonsense. FIRST: he doesn't have any visa, he has a "stay permit" and this stay permit got a number - which is handwritten into the upper left corner. If ANY, then this number would be the correct one. However the field "visa number" is not mandatory, so he can leave it empty. The number you gave him is the number of the single re-entry permit !

To do a TDAC, you need to go online, here's the website tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card

It is not needed for TDAC! It is voluntary information.

There is no red * there
