write not applicable on a piece of paper and scan it and upload it. Or download an image from the internet that says not applicable and upload it. Whatever works for you.

Since you're just applying for a tourist visa, upload something that says "not applicable" and you should be fine. They use the same form for many visa types.

Also this has been asked twice just over the weekend.

not usually, but every embassy has their own rules.
