Hi,

I now have a an extension of stay permit for 1 year

I want a multi entry permit as well

Hence appart from the TM8 form, a photocopy of my passport and a photo to stick on the form is there anything else I require.

I intend to go in tomorrow Wednesday 19th so I would like to have everything ready to avoid any delays.

Thanks in advance,

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a multi-entry permit in Thailand, you will need the following documents: the completed TM8 form, a photocopy of your passport, a photo to affix to the form, a copy of your extension of stay permit, and a fee of 3,800 Baht. It's recommended to have all these ready for your visit to avoid delays.

You can do it at the airport the next time you go out of the country, it's probably faster

I appreciate that, but like to have things in place beforehand.

I will be doing the same on Thursday. However I’m having problems trying to ascertain what info’ is required on the second page, (reverse side of the application form). Have you completed your application form yet?

yes, but not 100% sure. These Thai forms are sometimes. not very clear as to what info’ they require. I will ask on the day.

As far as I can read it you say what your previous Visa for Thailand was, where it was issuued and on what date. Then you say what day you arrived in Thailand and then say how long you have been permitted to stay

Kim Wealleans I think I will do the same, cheers.
