TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is preparing for a joint 90-day report and bank account check related to their NON-O visa extension in Jomtien. They are inquiring about the necessary documents, specifically mentioning their need for an updated bank book and passport copies. Responses suggest updating the bank book beforehand, making copies of the bank book's information and balance pages, and noting that the Jomtien immigration office mandates a follow-up visit in three months.

Just update your bank book before you go in, make a copy of the information page of the bank book and the last page that shows the balance and you'll be fine. Jomtien is one of the few immigration offices that require you to return in 3 months after you got your extension granted to show that the 800K baht is still in the account.

thanks Tod. I've only done online 90day reports previously, do I need to do that separately? What else do I need for that part?

this is ONLY for people getting a year extension at Jomtien Immigration office (Pattaya) using the 800K baht banked money method. They give you a paper when you get your yearly extension that tells you to come back in 3 months. It has NOTHING AT ALL to do with your 90 day report other than on your first extension (which starts your 90 day reporting) the two dates are a day apart (the 90 day report due date and the 3 month due date to show your bank book)

The paper they give you AND have you sign looks like this

I have this document so am clear on the financial check. Do I have to do a separate 90day report? In person or online?

@Brian ******
that is ONLY the paper they put in your passport when you get your first yearly extension to start the 90 day count down process.

DID you get a year extension at Jomtien immigration office based on retirement using the 800K baht banked money method?

AND

Sorry read that date wrong, GO file a 90 day report on July 14th 2021 like it says and you're fine

You can't file an online 90 day report online because you have to file your first 90 day report in person to get IN to the data base.

Is that only for the very first one ? I wasn't asked on the 90 day report after an annual renewal in Jomtien

What's a bank account check? Is this a one year extension of stay based on retirement?
