What documents are needed to successfully upgrade a True Money Basic account to an Advanced account using a DTV visa?

Has anyone had success upgrading from a True Money Basic account to an Advanced account, using your DTV info? I've uploaded the requested info (photos of my DTV visa stamp in my passport), as well as the actual DTV visa form as backup; but I got rejected with the message "Sorry, we're unable to unlock the advanced services for you because you submitted a picture of other items rather than a supporting document." Not totally clear to me what else I am meant to provide.

I submitted a selfie of me holding my passport. Also submitted dtv visa. That worked.

i signed up recently i sent my passport page with my latest 180 days stamp entry then on the next page I sent my DTV visa print out and I was accepted

I have done this several times now. I only show the receipt of the paid DTV visa and a photo of the DTV visa in itself. Both need to be paper copies and clear photos of both. Also, you need to show them your latest entry stamp photo.
