Hi, I know this has been mentioned recently but can someone confirm what documents are needed for a 1 year multi entry AO marriage visa from Suvannakhet.

Submitted my application at Suvannakhet today for a Non Immigrant O visa based on marriage. Supplied all the documents suggested plus a letter from the Mrs. They did however ask for copies of my Thai Bank book.

you didn't need that letter from your missus that's HCMC. AND you are the first person to ever say they asked for your bank book,,

I assume that with multiple entry non o - leaving Thailand for a month or so....no re-entry permit from immigration required and new 90 day count starts on re - entering the country.

No your assumptions are wrong. The visa is a 1 year valid Multiple Entry Visa and as long as you enter before the valid until date you get 90 days of Admitted to Stay, this also means as you are not allowed to stay more than 90 days but have to leave the country on day 90, you can not do 90 day reports at Immigration Office.

Further to the above can confirm its quite straightforward - saw people being turned back on 21 October mostly tourist visas. Docs in order and for non o based on marriage should be easy. I wasn't grilled or asked any specific questions.

Needed documents for 1 year Multiple Entry Non Immigrant O visa based on married with Thai National:

Original Wedding certificate

Copy wedding certificate front and back (signed by both)

Copy ID wife front and back, signed by her

Copy blue house book address and name page signed by wife.

Copy ID page passport singed by yourself

Fee 5.000 Thb. EDIT 2 passport pictures.

you can only apply for the 1 year Multiple Entry Non Immigrant O visa based on being married to a Thai National. There is NO 1 year multi entry AO marriage visa.
