For people in Chiang Mai, it looks like they are starting again with the dance... moving some visa services to Promenada again - services not listed in the image remains at usual the airport location.

I assume that's to be ready to deal with the many many people who will go when the amnesty is over. Maybe the date is a clue about it.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Visa services in Chiang Mai are relocating some operations back to Promenada, while other services remain at the airport location. This shift is likely in anticipation of increased demand following the visa amnesty expiration.

The 90 day drive up at airport is awesome and takes three minutes. So naturally, it makes Thai sense to get rid of something that works quite well and go back to Shit which is everything at Promenada
