Apologies for the fuzzy pics...my camera is on the fritz. #FirstWorldProblems
So, here at Chiang Mai immigration, they set up a kids play area out by the Superintendent’s house. It’s a great little area for the kiddos to climb and play while the parents are getting stuff done inside. Caveat is that someone needs to be with them, and you can’t hear queue numbers out there. But, it’s available to anyone with kiddos that are coming to immigration.
Location: out the side door, past the cars, next to the two-story house.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Chiang Mai immigration office has a kids play area located outside near the Superintendent's house, where children can play while their parents handle immigration tasks. However, it is important for parents to supervise their children as queue numbers cannot be heard from there.
